(Open to Public Participation)

One of the most awe-inspiring cultural experiences of the Yehliu Lantern Festival. Open to public registration, this event is led by professional personnel and invites participants to leap together into Yehliu Fishing Harbor to experience the centuries-old ritual of “entering the water and emerging through fire.” Through sincere participation, attendees pray for peace and safety. Registration is limited, and members of the public are invited to join this extraordinary cultural event.

一、Event Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2026
二、Check-in Time: At 8:00 a.m. (please complete the registration process before 9:00 a.m.; and, due to tide and safety issues, participants of the "Hundreds Jump in Water" event should check in on time to ensure a smooth event on that day)
三、Check-in Location: In front of Wanli District Fishermen’s Association (No. 56-1, Gangxi Rd, Wanli District , New Taipei City/ turn right 50 m after passing Baoan Temple).
四、Event Rundown：

※淨海巡洋儀式僅限專業漁民及科儀人員登船，禁止一般民眾「登船」參與，造成不便敬請見諒。

Check-in time and location: At 08:00 a.m. in front of Wanli District Fishermen’s Association.

注意事項

(1) Please collect your "Warrior Certificate" on the event day, as certificates will not be issued for overdue claims.

(2) When dressing up, please pay attention to the following:
i.Please dress appropriately to ensure swimming safety and avoid obstructing the diving route.
ii.Avoid wearing clothing made of materials that easily absorb water and do not float, such as capes, cloaks, and ropes.
iii.Refrain from bringing any objects that could impede swimming, including pipes, bicycles, skateboards, etc.

(3) As this event takes place in the winter under cold conditions:
i.It is recommended that you wear a wetsuit.
ii.Please pay attention to cold protection before gathering and lining up.
iii.Individuals with high or low blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, pregnancy, or those with poor health conditions are advised not to participate in the water jumping activity.
iv.Please carefully assess your personal physical and mental health before deciding to join the water jumping activity.

(4) Special reminders:
i.Do not stay overnight or drink alcohol before this water jumping activity. Refrain from entering the water if you are physically unwell. Do not bring any hazardous objects. Avoid rushing or competing recklessly .
ii.On the event day, remember to have breakfast to maintain your physical health and prevent a drop in body temperature. Check and wear the life jacket appropriately, and pay attention to your physical well-being. If you feel unwell, do not force yourself to complete the entire course. Be attentive when coming ashore to avoid falling due to dizziness. Follow the guidance of on-site staff.

(5) If you notice any issues at the event venue, please inform on-site staff identifiable by their work credentials.

(6) Please place and store your personal belongings according to on-site instructions. The organizer is not responsible for the safekeeping of valuable items.
